Divya is no stranger to Strides Toronto, having served first on the Strides Toronto Foundation Board of Directors (2018-2021) and recently joining our Finance and Audit Committee. Divya has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is the Director, Head of Sales Enablement and Business Management, iShares Canada at Blackrock Asset Management Canada Ltd. Divya is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), serving as the Chair of Blackrock’s Women’s Initiative Network from 2015-2020 and recently taking on the role of Canadian DEI lead. Divya has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Canadian Security Course designation.
