Lisa brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the not-for-profit and private sectors, helping organizations navigate change, strengthen their culture and build workplaces where people can thrive. Her experience spans organizational transformation, people strategy and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA), including mergers, organizational redesign and large-scale change in unionized and non-unionized environments.

Known for her collaborative, direct and practical approach, Lisa led the people strategy behind five consecutive Great Place to Work Canada recognitions. At Strides Toronto, she is focused on strengthening organizational effectiveness, developing leadership capacity and creating the conditions for employees and the organization to succeed.
