Bryan Heal has 15 years of experience in research, quality, and evaluation, including his new role as Social Impact Research Lead for Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment. Previous roles included Manager Research and Evaluation at MLSE; Management Advisory Group, Youth Success Strategy at United Way Toronto; Accreditation Manager at Canadian Centre for Accreditation and several years of independent consulting. At MLSE, he has been involved with research and evaluation related to the MLSE Launch Pad a project in Regent Park that is dedicated to utilizing sport and other programming to advance four Pillars: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Ready for School and Ready for Work. He was previously on the Board of Directors of Agincourt Community Services Association where he held several roles including President. Bryan has a Master of Public Health/Health Communications.
