Lin Sallay has dedicated her career to developing and leading quality, accessible healthcare to support youth and adults experiencing homelessness, poverty, and/or mental health and addictions challenges. Lin possesses 19+ years of leadership experience including Director and Executive Director roles. Lin has extensive experience as a senior leader in building and maintaining collaborations with community-based organizations around the province. She has delivered street outreach services, and case management programs, organized and administered harm reduction and overdose prevention services, and has a wealth of experience administering supportive housing programs in Toronto and York Region. Lin holds a Master of Arts in Education, Mini-MBA from McGill University and taught for 13 years at Humber College’s School of Social and Community Services. Lin strives to ensure strength-based and trauma-informed approaches are central to supporting people to live well in their communities.
