Parag Shah is an experienced finance and consulting leader who joined the board in 2025. He currently serves as a Global Partner at IBM within the IBM Consulting Group. Over his 26+ year career at IBM, Parag has held several key leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic advisory and business transformation. He holds a degree from the University of Western Ontario and has completed postgraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University.
