Preeti joined the board in 2025. She is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behaviour and Management at INSEAD. A qualitative field researcher, she has conducted studies across a range of industries and cultural contexts globally. She holds a CPA, CA designation, a Master of Engineering in Systems Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Master of Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto. Her professional experience spans leadership roles in finance, strategy, human resources, and operations at KPMG, OMERS (Oxford Properties), and TwinRiver Capital.

Preeti is deeply engaged in her community, previously serving on the Finance Committee of Project Canoe and the Board of the Chawkers Foundation. She has also contributed to developmental work in Africa, collaborating with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on vaccine distribution and with Free the Children on education initiatives.
