The Growing Healthy Together Postnatal Program offers postnatal, parenting, and nutrition information to parents of children 0-18 months old who may be new to Canada, are living on a low income, or may be feeling alone or overwhelmed. The goal of our program is to encourage and support the health and wellbeing of infants and children (0-18 months old) and their parents and caregivers. This program is free and voluntary. Interpretation and transit assistance are available. Childminding may be offered at some locations.
